I would like to take a little time to thank you for all the hard work that you put into dealing with our sometimes obscure requests from B2. Your service is exceptional and in this day and age of hussle, when everybody is busy and dashing about, it is refreshing to find someone like you who takes time to make their customers feel special and individual and that their business is appreciated.
