Paul started B2 25 years ago and has seen his company evolve into a brand that is continually growing and attracting clientele from around the globe. It is testament to Paul’s commitment to the brand that the Arena Group has decided to acquire his shares of the company.

We would like to wish Paul a very happy retirement and thank him for all his hard work over the years and take this opportunity to say that even with these changes in ownership, it will be business as usual for all companies involved and their clients”, commented Peter Ryan.

B2 Business Systems Ltd has also announced a change in ownership from 30th November 2016.

Leeds-based Arena Group is also celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and has now acquired Paul Rutt’s majority shares from Docucentric Holdings.

As the largest UK dealer for Toshiba and with the same company values and expertise as B2 Business Systems Ltd, this new partnership provides synergy between the two brands together with opportunities of substantial growth well into the future.

With a turnover that is expected to grow from £19 million to over £24.5 million, Arena Group will work with B2 going forward to support a period of expansion with a view to increasing the B2 team by a further 10 members, six of whom will be employed through a forthcoming B2 apprenticeship programme.

This is the latest chapter in Arena’s rich, 25 year history of business growth founded on guiding principles of excellence in customer service, strong customer partnerships, technological expertise and a positive working culture,” explains Adrian Fitzpatrick, Arena’s managing director, “We are delighted that the Arena family has been extended to include 36 more colleagues and over new 800 customers.”

Leadership will continue by Managing Director, Peter Ryan and B2 will continue to operate in the exact same trading style, within the same premises at Deeside and St Asaph.

Peter looks forward to continuing to provide an exceptional customer service and product range, alongside an already well established and highly experienced team.
