This role will involve cold calling clients in order to build relationships and close sales on Xerox hardware. Once you have established your Xerox Accreditation your time will be split equally between Account Management and Business Development.
You will need to be proactive in your approach and have excellent time management skills in order to work independently on a day to day basis. We are looking for someone with a proven background within sales with a strong history of success. You will be a confident communicator who is happy to work with clients at all levels up to Director. You will be focusing on clients from the SME market selling the Xerox range of products.
This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within a leading UK company. We are offering a basic salary from £15,000 to £25,000 depending on experience, a fully expensed company car, mobile phone and uncapped commission.

IT Field Support Engineer
Windows / Server / MCITP - £24k plus benefits
The role is based within the IT Field Team. Applicants will have experience of one or more field based support roles for similar type companies. They will be a dynamic individual who can diagnose and resolve complex IT issues within the time constraints available.
Main Duties:
The main purpose of the role is to resolve issues with customers IT infrastructure at their premises. Exposure to all aspects of IT relating to typical small to medium sized companies will be experienced. Primary technology focus will be Windows Servers and applications‚ hardware‚ software and networking.
Skills & Experience Required:
The successful candidate will have substantial field based IT experience gained within a number of organisations.
Candidates must possess excellent hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 2003/2008 server environments‚ Exchange/Active Directory and Networking (Local and Wide area). An MCP in a Windows Server technology is a prerequisite‚ with an MCSE/MCITP being preferred.
Skills in HyperV and Citrix are also beneficial‚ along with experience in IT infrastructure‚ VPN technologies and routing.
The successful candidate will naturally strive to learn new skills and understand new products and technologies.

First Line Support and Xerox Analyst Trainees
B2 are looking for 2 apprentices who will be trained to provide a 1st line support service for clients and employees who are having technical issues. Full on the job training will be provided which will include working under the supervision of Microsoft and Xerox trained professionals where you will gain the knowledge and skills needed for a career in IT. You could be involved with sorting out a problem with software, a virus or email issues or it could be a problem with the equipment itself. Thanks to advances in technology like web based technologies, more and more of your work will be completed from your desk as you will be able to follow the problems on-screen and talk through the solution on the phone or send a ‘fix’ directly to their PC via the internet.
A typical day will probably look something like this:
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
- Installing Xerox Multifunctional Printers onto client networks
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
- Escalating more serious issues to second and third level support
- Assisting with customer installations off site
Ideally we are looking for people with the following skills and qualities:
- Minimum of GCSE in Maths and English
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Basic IT knowledge levels
- Above all else a ‘can do’ approach and willingness to learn!
- A full clean driving licence would be helpful
You will also be given the opportunity to add to your existing qualifications by taking work based qualifications e.g. NVQ Practitioners levels 1 to 4, Xerox Analyst Accreditation, City & Guilds Higher Professional Diploma for IT Practitioners and OCR Higher Level award for IT professionals.
Your basic scheduled hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, with a half hour lunch break. You will be entitled to 23 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
The salary for this position will initially begin at the minimum wage applicable to your age. Increases will occur within set KPI’s and Milestones.
