In partnership with other desktop staff and in accordance with duty rotas you will be required to perform tasks such as resolving system and application faults on desktop and server equipment. Manage calls through to resolution ensuring the customer and call system are updated and escalation procedures are complied with. Operating in co-operation with other on-site or remote support staff to ensure that the Company's service level agreements are met in all respects. Build and install desktop and server systems in accordance with agreed procedures. Carry out or take part in equipment and software audits,resites and upgrades as directed. Produce and maintain operational and design documentation in accordance with Company procedures. Assist with general operational tasks as required to meet the service level commitments and as directed by site management. Document solutions to customer faults in such a way that any member of the team could follow the procedure to implement a similar fix. We are expanding and looking for additional IT Sales Executives to promote our products and services. Due to continued growth we are looking for people that have experience within IT Sales to hit the ground running and develop the diverse range of customers that we work with. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and as such the majority of the solutions that they sell are Microsoft based. You will be trained and mentored on creating proposal for IT solutions including network installations, migrations, desktop rollouts and managed support services. You will be responsible for bringing new clients ranging in size from 10 to 200 users. This would be a great opportunity for you to develop your business development skills and substantially grow our brand name in North Wales and the UK. This is an ideal position for someone that has a very high standard of customer care coupled with a hunter mentality. You will also possess strong consultative skills with a diligent, organised approach to your work. Daily responsibilities will include selling IT support contracts and related products including software, printers, computers and servers, through to full network installations and migrations. You will be required to work alongside the technical team in order to devise project proposals and specifications.
