We offer two main support packages - SysCare Proactive and SysCare Supplementary. They are both proactive, preventative maintenance solutions. There are no 'hidden costs" , which allows you to implement your IT budget accurately (no additional charges for traveling time, constant telephone calls/site visits or remote dial - in).

SysCare Supplementary

Discounts may apply to companies who already have dedicated IT support staff on site, and just need a point of escalation when the going gets tough, or to complement an existing IT team so they are able to focus more strategically on major IT projects that will benefit the business.

We will provide reports on your IT system which will highlight which systems need replacing or upgrading. This will prevent problems which could cause major disruption to the business, and can help you gain more funding for new IT.

Remote Solutions

b2 Remote provides a clear and comprehensive summary of your entire business network. Managing Directors, Financial Directors and IT Directors will benefit from a regular weekly report showing:

System Activity- Patch Scans completed - total number times computers have been scanned for missing patches

Patches Installed - patches installed across the network

Audits Completed - computers audited for Software and Hardware changes over the week

Disk Space Used - Displays the percentage of hard drive space used on either all computers or just servers. Figures relate to network drives or shared folders. A good status indicator is that the space used is less than 60%

Network Health Score - This is a weighted average calculation that provides an at-a-glance all network health score. Items are scored 0 (lowest) to 4 (highest). For example, Disk Space Used under 50% will score a 4, Disk Space Used over 80% will score a 0. Scores are totaled, averaged and weighted to generate a percentage.

Operating Systems - Displays the different Windows operating system platforms installed on computers in the network. A good status indicator is that all mission-critical computers or servers have Windows 2000 or higher installed.

Patch Status - Displays the current number of patches which need to be installed on computers in the network. A good status indicator is zero un-scanned computers and a very low number of computers missing patches.

Alert Notification - Displays the total number of each alert notification generated. Alerts are not generally bad or good. Alerts are the result of proactive monitoring of key system elements, and provide the basis for behind-the-scenes actions that keep the network healthy and operational.

Licence Summary - Displays the total of all Microsoft Server, Workstation and Office licences.
